Pay your utility bill online and on time using the available online resources. Online payments come in handy if you’ve waited until the last minute to pay your bill! It’s the fast, easy, secure way to pay your utilities. You only need to set up an account for gas if you live at The Courtyards Apartment Homes. This is not required for Tierra Palms residents.

We are pet-friendly at The Courtyards and Tierra Palms. Pets are part of the family.
We are excited to include furry family members in our community and provide the appropriate amenities to care for them. Here are a few reminders about our pet policy.
Please keep your dog on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds.
Take advantage of our Pet Waste Stations throughout the property. Always be considerate of your neighbors and pick up after your pet!
Please make sure your pet is registered with the office.
